Grupology’s academic year-long math program is designed to give 1st–8th graders mastery over the fundamentals of math in an environment that is both supportive and rigorous. Students will meet once a week for instruction with a math expert. Mathletes-In-Training is designed to meet students where they are and grow with them as they learn and progress.

Students will take a complimentary 20 minute assessment at Grupology HQ or online. Next, Grupology educators will consult with parents on class placement. Students will be placed in the class best suited to develop their math skills. Final placement decisions are at the discretion of Grupology.

Total tuition for the academic year is $2,312 paid in two installments before the start of each semester on 8/12/24 and 1/2/25.
• A non-refundable $100 deposit will be applied toward your tuition to secure your enrollment.
• For students who join after the first class has started, tuition is prorated based on the number of classes remaining in the semester.
• If you cancel before the first semester starts, we will issue a full refund less the non-refundable deposit.
• If you cancel within the first three classes of the first semester, you will be refunded the prorated tuition for the remaining classes.
• If you cancel after the third class of the first semester, you will be refunded 50% of the prorated tuition for the remaining classes.
There are no refunds after the start of the second semester.

The academic calendar consists of 34 classes taught over two semesters. Each class is 75 minutes long with a short break.
We do not provide make-up classes. Should students miss a class, class outlines and homework assignments are available.

Each lesson is reinforced with weekly homework. Homework may take 45 minutes to two hours per week, depending on the student.
Students who want additional math instruction and support may also explore our tutoring offerings.

Our educators will provide progress updates. Parents may contact the educator for feedback or discussion. Real-time progress can be found by signing into your child’s online account.

Please partner with Grupology to ensure your child is ready to learn. Students should respectfully engage with their peers, be attentive during instruction, complete their work on time, keep materials organized and communicate with our educators.

Transfer to another class mid-semester is subject to availability and an administrative fee of $25 per transfer.

All individuals, students and staff are expected to treat everyone with respect.
Verbal harassment, violent language or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.
Should a student be dismissed for disciplinary reasons, refunds will be provided according to the cancellation policy. Grupology retains the right to dismiss students at our discretion.
